I think I've another problem related to this underlying problem, but this is for another thread if I can't figure it out by myself. So my guess is, that Xorg is maybe the cause for this problem. Because of some other problems I erased the old arch system and made a clean install. Maybe I've another important info: 3 months back, I had on the absolutely same system arch installed and va-api worked out of the box.
